We have listed some useful room information to make your stay with us more enjoyable
The following are available from reception during your stay – clothes drying racks, blankets, porta cots, high chairs and rice cookers
The nearest airport is Queenstown just under one hours drive over the Crown Range from Wanaka, Queenstown airport services both domestic and international flights.
Lake Wanaka Babysitting 03 443 4903 or 027 291 3138 – have mature sitters available. All sitters have their own transport.
Each apartment has portable speakers for your enjoyment, just connect your device via bluetooth.
Barbeque facilities are available for all guests to share
A hose and wash down bay is located on site
Check out is before 10am. If you wish to check out after this time, please discuss this with Reception prior to the morning of your departure and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
If you are departing early in the morning, please settle your account the evening before your departure.
Each apartment has a coffee machine with Nespresso coffee pods delivering premium coffee, cup after cup, Our coffee capsules are recycled.
We accept the following major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as EFTPOS
We provide a daily service of your Apartment between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm. Please contact Reception if you wish to arrange a more convenient time or place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your entrance door. If the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is on your door, no servicing will be done to your apartment that day.

For your enjoyment during your stay we have a selection of board games available from Reception
Individually controlled heaters can be adjusted to suit your needs. Tiled floor surfaces in the kitchen, ensuite and main bathroom are heated.
Free Wireless Internet is available from all apartments. The password is available from Reception. In all Deluxe, Premier and Penthouse Apartments are tablet devices for guest use during their stay. The front screen shows the Wi-Fi password. The devices allow easy access to our online compendium, local restaurant menus, to book activities and the complete Lakeside website, as well as checking emails, the weather, flight times, tourism activities, cinema show times and much more.
Each Apartment has a fully equipped laundry for personal use. Soap powder is provided complimentary
We may be able to forward items left behind if you provide us with an address. Lost property is disposed of after two months. Please note that all food and beverage items left in the apartments are disposed of once you have departed.
We have a luggage storage area available

There is a mailbox at Reception. Wanaka’s Post Office is at 39 Ardmore Street

No Smoking Policy
The inside of all Apartments are non-smoking. For the outside areas, ashtrays are provided on balconies or around the lift, pool and barbeque area.
A secure single garage is provided for each Apartment
Sorry, no pets allowed in the Apartments or around the grounds
In keeping with our environmental policy, we encourage recyclable waste such as flattened aluminium cans, cardboard, plastic bottles (rinsed, no lids), glass, newspaper/paper, by providing bins in each apartment and on each floor
For your convenience and for the security of your valuables we provide a free of charge safety deposit service at Reception
Ski Storage and Drying Room
We request that snowboards, skis and boots are not kept in the apartments. These may be stored in either the lock-up garage or in the drying room. Personal belongings are stored at the owner’s risk

Swimming Pool and Spas
Opens daily 8:00am to 9:00pm. The swimming and children’s pools are heated only during the summer months November to April. Spa pools are heated year round.
We request for the comfort and safety of all our guests that in the pool area: no running, no jumping, no diving; there is no lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised at all times; please no glass around the pool area.
Blue pool towels are provided in your apartment for use during your stay. Please launder these towels using the machines provided in the apartment, as these towels are not maintained by housekeeping.
For taxis booked during your stay, please provide your name and apartment number.

Browse the activities on offer in Wanaka and book ahead or during your stay. Reception staff can also help, advise and discuss your requirements during your stay
