Credit card details are required for reservations. However, no payment will be taken from your credit card until the day of your departure.
Collection and storage of sensitive credit card information is done via a secure server (SSL). All data gathered on our site is protected and can not be accessed by any third parties.

Please note:   For the period 25 December to 7 January each year, a minimum stay of 3 nights must be booked

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival (42 days for winter season prior to arrival) will not incur a cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled within 21 days (42 days for the winter season) of arrival will incur cost of first night's accommodation.
No-shows will incur a cost of first night's accommodation.
