Wanaka bursts into brilliant colour as the trees turn to crimson and gold, reflecting a mirror image in the still lake waters. The air develops a captivating clarity of light.

As the leaves fall from the trees the ground is blanketed in a yellow crunch, a haven of fun for children and adults alike.
